Tractor was really never better until the div nerf. With the amount of flinch in most boss encounters, that bubble is practically necessary to ensure crits for both damage & perk activation. For Controlled Burst, you not only get a 20% damage boost instead of the 15% from Vorpal, but you also gain decreased charge time. Mind you, this is only after hitting every single bolt from a burst, which even tho is really easy in most situations, it gives you a chance to fuck up and miss one bolt in three consecutive bursts And while Frenzy grants you the same damage boost as Vorpal, it also increases your handling and reload speed, which is not a big deal but it's nice to have
Simple but effective way to keep up team damage and self damage For div I am a fan of my "lasting impressions + auto loading" arc rocket, that + div + triple surge boots = pretty solid damage even as a wellock who has no dmg super, just fire a rocket before dps with the right timing, and you can try to squeeze one in when you reload the div as long as your team knows the div bubble will be down, a good time for *them* to reload too
I would recommend riptide with auto loading chill clip and to have some other weapon for damage in between usually 2 shots from a Cartesian is good enough for me meaning you never stop firing brining your damage to easy 4 mill

actually really like this build. gonna have to grind for star eaters but thats alright. How does it perform in heavy ad clear situation such as the encounters in Ghost of the Deep?
combination blow + dodge spam is great add clear as you'll be jolting every punch
@goochbasshero I actually gave it a shot last night and you're right. It's insane on ad clear
Would a chillclip riptide be good for this 🤔
Does this also work on other classes or why espacially hunter?
I need to know, could I use techeun force with controlled burst?
My highest damage on Nezarec was 5 mil on arc hunter with auto loading + explosive light hothead and izanagis. It was beautiful.
What was your damage rotation?
@@jiovanirivera852 Throw Arcstaff -> Rocket -> Izanagis -> reload izanagis -> rocket -> repeat and throw a grenade. I can't remember how many DPS phases we had or if it was a 1 phase. I had surge mods on and full charge of Star Eater Scales.
Edit: also use reload dodge to reload rocket

WHAT IS THAT SHADER ON CARTESIAN! I’ve seen a few RUclipsrs with it and I can’t figure it out
The Shader I believe is Crucible Horizon from S20. As to how to get it as of S21, I have no clue. It might be in the Crucible after match rewards rotation now but you'd probably have to look that up. Hope this helps
is techeun force a good alternitive?
Any tips for Tractor Cannon Raid DPS on Warlock?
If you have decent orbs this old combo can spit put 2-3 supers per average boss dps
what about using the new fusion rifle Royal Executioner with envious assassin and reservoir burst? thatd hit the solar surge and have huge damage bonus if you set it up before dps phase wouldn't it?
The frame honestly makes a bigger difference than most damage perks, to be honest, rapid fire fusions are just so far ahead of other fusions, there's a reason he only recommended them. A Rapid-Fire out-dps's an Adaptive by about ~23% before applying any perks, so even if you had 100% uptime on reservoir burst Royal Executioner would lose to a Rapid-Fire with any damage perk.
@@Leap623 useful to know, still gonna try putting it to the test because 7 shots of 25% extra damage is insane but I can see where rpm really does help out
Like the other guy said, rapid fires are the go to for dps. Since Cartesian is either impossible to get rn or incredibly difficult at the very least, I'd go for the riptide fusion rifle with either vorpal or chill clip.
@@wesleyrollins6262 oh i have a Cartesian thats good, lead from vorpal
Is it still possible to get Cartesian coordinate?
only from banshee or xur
what about deliverance with bait and switch?
Wow, did not know I could do this much with arc strider, and tractor. Thanks for doing the lords work 🫡
Better options are dragon shadow pellet swap, heartshadow aggressive swap
But you have to kill ads with voltshot first right?
Will a riptide with chill clip work as well? I've got null composure, cartesian coordinate and iterative loop but i'm wondering which one's the best to use.
Vorpal is what gives Cartesian the bonus that Chill Clip can't quite catch up to
chill clip would mainly be for the stasis debuff (5% when target is frozen, 6.5% when another 30% debuff is applied) aside from that I wouldn't recommend it unless it's all you've got.
@@smakadragon noted, i'll stick to cartesian then
It can, but only if no one on your team is using a chill clip bump in the night or silence and squal since the shatter damage won't be stacking.
it can work as the shatter damage from chill clip will more than make up for no vorpal. Just make sure no one else has ways the freeze as multiple sources don't stack.
I see you’re one of those individuals that has ants in their pants during DPS. It’s a miracle no one blew themselves up with their rocket.
how is this doing on season of the deep tho, i know jolt got nerfed so, is this still as good?
I have Cartesian with him impact would that work?
"Bruh shut up you're garbage"
My brother in the light, I am doing: mechanics, ad clear, and using tractor. And I *still* out dps'd you
What other perks should I use on iterative loop Voltshot, lead from gold and what?
Lead from gold is the best choice for the third perk slot
What shader are you running 😮
Is a vorpal Riptide also good?
What's the defiance roll?
I was just cleaning my vault and found the same combo tractor + my old coordinate w/vorpal, but I put that on my Warlock...
Going to switch it now.
Could a lead from gold vorpal riptide work?
I would think so. It’s faster firing so it should be close.
yeah it would. its rapid fire and vorpal so yessir
@@alexschittenden it's literally the same... both are rapid fire frame
@@izanagisburden9465 literally thanks for explaining. I was going off the cuff brain, not named after an exotic weapon, so sorry 😞
I’m not doubting the build but bit odd you clipped a two phase and only showed the second phase because in the 3 mil damage that would include two gathering storms
yeah as a whole run he did more damage than everyone else, doesnt matter that he only showed 1 of the 2 phases
Because it's common sense/extremely obvious he or anyone else running this build would use however many supers they got.
In what world are you living on where a player only uses one super against a boss LMAO.
@@jasonjean5333 yes but to show how good the damage would be in a proper setting should be done in a one phase because I could tell my team not to do as much damage for two phases whilst I to as much as possible and obviously I would have more dps that's my point, like I said I've got nothing against the build but in a one phase it won't do 3 mil consistently
@@zeoxia7525 the only reason the numbers are inflated is because he’s getting ALL of the jolt procs in his dps. no one else gets jolt
@@cwj2733 I know that but it's also the fact it's over two phases is what make it inaccurate
Riptide with vorpal could also be an option
Yeah, riptide with field prep vorpal or field prep chill clip
@@kylebuschmann in solo i prefer chill but if you have more than one person with it, you're losing damage due to not being able to shatter that often.
Can I pair this with The Eremite with controlled burst instead
Yes
@@LlamaD2thx
@@LlamaD2just tried it in spire of the watcher and it said I generated 75 orbs of power on the first encounter
How is gathering storm compared to thunder crash?
Better
If your out DPS-ing your teammates with this maybe get your teammates on different builds... or different teammates...
