The famous dessert that drives the world crazy❗ I have never eaten such a delicious dessert❗
► Recipe and ingredients:
3 eggs
100 g sugar
65 g corn starch
Stir to avoid lumps
700 ml milk
Cook over medium/high heat, stirring, until thickened
100g butter
Cover with cling film “in contact” and allow to cool completely
200 ml warm milk
10 g instant coffee
450 g chilled cream (33-36 %)
The temperature of whipped cream and pudding should be almost the same
Gradually stir the pudding into the whipped cream
Now you can collect the dessert
In total you need 500-550 g of cookies (my cookies are quite heavy, you can also use lighter ones)
Continue alternating cookies and cream
Place in the fridge for 2 hours
approx. 40 g chocolate
Decorate the top of the dessert with chocolate chips
