@@jermainenowels9511 the last "lol" mean it's a joke! i don't know what word i could translate the "clean" in his sentence but i think "controlled/ precise" might be a possible word to translate "clean" in it but i wanted to make a joke because of how "torture like" kankuro technics are ( poison, hidden blade, ripping flesh, torture intruments) so i was just "joking around the word "clean" between the sense used bye naamah and the "clean that opose dirty" sense! it's just a play on words!
when Gaara told "I owe a lot to the leaf" , he meant Naruto, because he's feeling grateful to Naruto for changing him.
Also the fact that they attacked the leaf in the first place because their Kage was killed and replaced, meaning they were misled into becoming enemies.
It was Naruto bonds with his comrades who ease his suffering.. Gaara wanting the same thing and connected with Baki, his siblings and his nation after they stopped trying to kill him..

It was Naruto love for his comrades who ease his truma and made him happy.. Naruto did explained to Gaara that Naruto himself felt the same pain of anger and hatred which made feel very alone

I remember watching this as a kid and was like “Man, this anime goes darkly gruesome” when the enemy got trapped then iron maidened basically. Whew. There is no talk-no-jutsu with these sand people, they will literally only murder you 😂
Probably the only way to survive a fight with them is to just outright surrender....or run away and not look back.
The one thing I love about this episode is that you can see just how much the siblings are alike. They're all stubbornly determined and they hate losing. Obviously together they believe they're invincible mostly due to Gaara's Sand abilities, but separately they are a force to be reckoned with. They are masters in their skills and unlike the younger ninjas, they have worked to overcome the weaknesses associated with their Jutsus.
Kankuro knows that as a puppet master he is open to attack so he stays hidden or keeps his high defense puppet close at hand. Temari is very reliant on her fan for her Jutsus so odds are she's mastered dodging and learned how to quickly prepare an attack when she might be vulnerable.
Gaara's ultimate defense relies on ALOT of chakra so his strategy is to wear down his opponents as well as make them fight further away. As long as they have deal with his sand at a distance, he doesn't have to expend so much chakra on Sand Armor and can put a little more energy into physical attacks. Also, as we see in his fight with Kimimaro, he can create more sand underground just in case his gourd starts to run empty.
The Sand Siblings are ranked Elite Jonin, the same level as Kakashi and Might Guy.. The Sand Three pretended to be genin just enter the chunin exams for The Leaf not to notice their true mission. To help Lord Orochimaru and The Sound attack The Leaf when they set of a signal when to attack them, ecen though The Sand carried out their mission even though they were tricked into doing it.. Kankaro, Temari and Gaara were trained from a very young age by thier father and Baki their advisor..

If I remember again, this episode was the moment where I felt for the second time that Shikamaru and Temari were a perfect match.

Man the Sound 4 all suffered such brutal deaths, Jirobo had his chest caved in, Kidomarus insides were basically liquefied and destroyed by Nejis Gentle Fist, Sakon and Ukon were impaled to death, and Temari was just crushed to death by a whole lot of trees.

The Leaf9.. something like that.. as for The Sound.. they too was given a special name.. Lord Orochimaru bodyguards.. guardens of the four gates and The Sound Ninja5 lead by Kimimaru who defeated the 4 in seconds
