    Thank you! I was doing french knots for a crochet project. I have never done embroidery before. I did a whole bunch of french knots perfectly, then all of a sudden I got just a regular stitch lol. I did it over and over for 15 minutes and couldn't figure out why I couldn't do it anymore until I watched your video! Thank you!

      Great to hear! 💜 I'm so glad it was helpful. I had to watch tons of videos and research a lot for this topic. I was making french knots right from the first try so I didn't have problems with that at all. For me it was not weird when people were telling me that they hate french knots and I was wandering why. So I decided that my mission is to help. I hope you will love making french knots now 🥰

    I've made all of those mistakes. And since I didn't really know what was wrong, even though I now probably have a success rate of 90 %, it is really frustrating to handle the ones that don't work. Thanks for a great tutorial! I just wish I had it a couple of years ago.

    What a great video! I was one of the 'bad wrappers'...LOL One quick question (and this may be on another video, but I just found your channel) do you separate your floss strands before you start (so they are 'neater')? I am not sure if my question makes sense. I couldn't quite tell from the video. Off to check out how to get that sampler!

    • @EmbroideryArtbyNat
      @EmbroideryArtbyNat  3 года назад +1

      It’s so great that you figured out what was wrong with your french knots 👍 now you can make them better! Yes I separate my threads one by one even if I need 3 or 4 threads. So this way my satin stitch and other stitches are laying flat and looks neater. You can get those samplers on Patreon if you join Stitching Club 😉 link is here: www.patreon.com/embroideryartbynat
