I am not a natural! I can't quite work it out and I think I am using muscles that I haven't used before! I wonder which ones I am meant to be using. For example, do I arch my back, or do I pull in my stomach muscles to force my chest up? How do I move the circle sideways, without my shoulders moving? Thanks, I love your videos and that you break things down, and I may need it broken down even more!

I may try to do a Live on TikTok to see how that feels, or do online classes again in the fall. I share all of my offerings on Instagram, if you’re on there 💕 I haven’t done much since I started on TikTok, but I’m planning to start back up again soon 🙏🏽
