As someone who understood no lyrics, as norwegian is not my native language, Oda can sing in any language and convey story and emotion perfectly. Big fan.
Helt enig. Ble veldig spent når jeg hørte hun skulle gjøre en sang av Jokke, og hun skuffet absolutt ikke! Synes det var hennes beste etter auditionen.
Really did not expect her to leave since I thought she (and Isak) had the best songs, so for me she was top two. She should have switched places with Thomas or Kristoffer. (Thomas had another «sad story» before his performance).
Thomas was great yesterday though. The one I was a bit dissapointed of was Dag Erik cause the song really didnt fit his usually beautiful country voice. I also think Kristoffer’s voice sound a bit forced and uncontrolable. I love Oda’s unique voice but maybe her performances are too similar? Ole Henrik deserved to go through but he should have stuck to being himself and not try to make a show and dance which obviously isnt him.
@@In_my_own_mind Yes, Thomas was not bad (at all), but many stories about him in media and «sad stories» told before every performance. Can’t help but think that he might get a lot of votes because of feelings and not only the voice… I think Kristoffer and Dag Erik maybe was the weakest last night, but thatˋs just my opinion. See what you mean about similar performances for Oda, but still one of the best voices. Therefore I think she should have stayed. So now I think the best are Isak (Kira is very good too).
@@frode1316 agree with you Frode, to me Oda was one of the still most unique left when it was down to voice which should get more focus since the competition`` really is about the voice in the end, i also feel we Norwegians have the tendency to sympatize more than focus on whats actually bringing such competitions to the marks, & when maybe some feels Oda is to similar from round to round, i think she is one of the most grounded & unique, i also feel the ones left bests is Isak & Kira
dont know why, but i feel like her voice is best suited for english songs? it just sounds a bit weird with norwegian songs. when she sang "believe" by cher, i though that was her best performance yet. so perfect. sad she didnt choose something similar this time and didnt get enough votes. but really sweet that she sang this to her sister
There was a reason she chose this song. She wanted to sing a song in Norwegiand and also wanted to dedicate it to her big sister. She told about a memory when they grew up. Her sister were always driving around in old veteran cars and she had 4 cassettes and 3 of them were this band.
@@In_my_own_mind ok, i already knew that which u can see if u read the whole comment. and regardless, my point still stands. thats probably why she didnt go through today.
@@In_my_own_mind Thank you for this. As you already know by now, I like hearing about things like this. I think it's great that the contestants get to pick what songs they sing it makes it so personal.
Mister lysten til å følge med når dette får deg til å ryke ut, bak en serie gjennomsnittlige menn uten egenart.

For me, it was her best since her audition. Singing in Norwegian really suits her. Fortsett med det 😊
I love her voice. Besides her unique voice there is something endearing about her.

She is amazing. But I'm afraid her song choise didn't relate enough to the audiences.
Valid point. But if the audiences did not hear how good she and this song (in particular) actually is, it says a lot about the audience…
