Its a simple keyframe! i recommend watching a how to use procreate dreams tutorial ^^ (you hold down on the layer/track and press the first option to make a keyframe, then you can move the image to where you want) :)

Omg!! This helps me so much! I once tried to animate on procreate but it was driving me insane because I couldn’t figure out how to do anything, also how do you change the layers thingy? On mine it shows all the layers at once on every frame?

Go to the wrench icon, then 'canvas' and turn on animation assist!
