No they don't ctc and inhand me difference hota hai. Ye koi Sarkari naukari nahi hai jisme base ke baad na jane kya kya allowance milte hai. Mere pados wale uncle jo gov. teacher hai unki salary 1.5 lakh ke paar chali gayi hai aur unke ladka IIT Kharagpur se hai unka package 42lpa ka laga tha aur usme in-hand me 1 lakh ke aas pas aata hai but difference is in expenses wo jaha rehte hai waha unka kharcha almost 80 hazaar ho jata hai aur saving bhi itni nahi ho pati plus kaam bahut karna padhta hai or corporate protocol bahut strict hote hai or kafi toxic bhi hota hai. Wo job ko chhod kar startup karne ka soch rahe hai lekin usse pehle gov. Job ke liye try karenge.

@lofiboy3902 if I talk about skills so I think you can develop good skills through online mode, too, even if you are from normal college.
Instead of putting efforts in the college days students maximum time do this mistake that they put all their efforts in iit preparation and when they get into an iit then they just want to enjoy the environment rather than studying just because they think that they already didn't enjoyed last three years ie. 10th, 11th, 12th class + IIT JEE prep and at the time of exam at iit , students suffer from great stress which is not at all good .

I had passed 12th in 2023
Wasted 11th and in 12th I only prepared for boards I didn't know about iit or jee
Whenever my parents ask me for future preference I had just told them for NDA without being serious on it
After 12th board I listen and explored about jee exam and wanted to take drop and want to crack iit but then My parents got me into a nda coaching then I thought I will prepare for jee secretly and then nda exam (3 sept ) has gone I started exploring about jee exam and strategy and slowly start preparing
I had very little preparation still now although I went to a coaching over here for atleast 3-4 days but there I am not able to understand anything for this I left the coaching
Now I am regretting for everything 🥺
