My husband always order this dessert in restaurants, he is so in love with it! One day I made your recipe, and he said it was the best one he has ever tried, and since then, I have been baking it almost every week! Thank you so much for this recipe, it comes out perfect every time!
Tried this today and hands down one of the best desserts I've made! I only cut down the sugar in the sauce a bit, since we like our dessert a lil less sweet, and added a pinch of Himalayan pink salt to the sauce. Definitely a winner, will be making it again
This recipe is super delicious!! I tried it 3 days ago. I baked it in a bread pan since I don't have the pudding moulds. It looked like a bread! I struggled with my oven it took more than 40 minutes 120° the cake was still raw in the middle when I inserted a skewer it didn't come out clear! But the final result was good. As for the butterscotch, I added salt to it and it was yummy. I thought your sticky cake will be very overly sweet but it turned out the sweetness was perfectly moderate.
I used 260g medjool dates, 1/2 brown sugar in the sauce and one can of evaporated milk instead of cream (cooked on low). With ice cream it was just the right level of sweetness for me.
Wow! Just wow! Thank you for this recipe. It was a big hit. The kids said it was like a dessert from a top restaurant. The combination of the cake, sauce and ice cream was pure enjoyment! Very simple to make..an added bonus! I can imagine that I'll be asked to make it again very soon.🌟
Absolutely delicious! I changed the butterscotch recipe though because we don't have cream 1/2 cup white sugar 1 cup milk Pinch of salt A bit of butter

💓😮😋
Nice video but your recipe is flawed. 1 1/4 cups of flour is actually 150-155 g... your recipe makes a very dry hard cake Booooooo‼️
Oh dear, thank you for pointing that out. Will try this today! Hope you're safe and well :)
Thanks, will make note of this. Remember it has to be a bit dry cause you pour liquid toffer over it at the end... But thanks for your comment

this was very uninformative. No weights or anything for it..
