I always liked the avalanche.
I've put alot of miles on a 3/4 ton avalanche 2500 8.1 big block 8 lug ect .... I'd say even tho it's only a 2004 it dosent have alot of the crazy interior electrical systems just basic creature features it's still the best truck I've ever driven ... tons of power tons of room in the cargo area and its solid body makes it stiffer than a normal pick up truck just a pleasure to drive ... also I like the body cladding it helps protect the look of agression that the non cladding trucks lack ....
I don’t like these truck but I do like this one definitely when you swap the front ends and you got the same welder as I do

Few mins with a cut off wheel, cut the bracket in front of the weld and it will come right off.

You should see the weld jobs on my 04 crew cab chevy 2500 with my 9ft fisher plow ...lmfao ...... or the bed rack for over landing made out of old bed frames that has a hi lift jack a ax a floor jack ect attached to it ....

Those upper control arm angles look real harsh, but I suppose you haven't had a ton of time to drive the avalanche yet to get the suspension to settle
I think that looks sweet.. not sure about your plan for the moulding, I like the moulding but I think pulling the flare off the fender might be better than trying to cut it

Why don't you cut off the bottom piece of the Avalanche fender and cut off. Bottom piece of the HD fender then weld it . Alot easier!!

Cateye is the front end of the 03 - 07 silverado front end because the headlights refer cat eyes
