    Talking about the position of the reach back and thinking about the axis from a to z is hugely helpful. I've personally made strides in the past couple weeks with working on my form in this respect.

    The elbow dip is inevitable if you don’t put yourself in a position to stop it from happening. The lead foot opening will create it as well.
