In the hospital, I kept vigil next to his bed for 12 hours every day and cooled his feverish face until we both found relief in exhaustion I write this. He is cured after two years of chemotherapy. But we still have to go to the hospital regularly for blood checks until May 2027. I can imagine what the parents are feeling. Cancer is an a**hole.

He did get his wish fulfilled while he was still fighting.
