I feel Ms. Karen Davila gives off the impression that she sizes up people she interviews. It's apparent on how she interrupts her interviewees. Observe that she doesn't slow down until such time that she finds the interviewees intellect let alone answers are at par with her standards.
Ms. Davila, i don't know if it's just force of habit, but we wish you to reflect on how your frequent butting in and finishing the interviewees statements come across.
We understand you may have a lot of topics to cover how about doing this pretaped and divide in two or three parts as needed.

This is a very terrible interview by Karen Davila. The Mayor of Manila's your guest yet you have a TON of questions and he does not speak as fast as you do. Why not give him the chance to speak according to his knowledge and thus explain? You keep on trying to interrupt him. Do not invite someone like him then if you are so in a hurry to ask more questions and not allow him to expound further? Disgusting!!👎👎

Any presentar has to do any interview within an allotted time limit and still cover for all the ads, questions and answers of a certain topic fairly. She has to finish her job when the program ends. Do not mistake her confidence to handle the pace, get all the researched topic questions forward for arrogance. Note she has a paper in front of her, even several of them, with a big list of questions to cover, otherwise her interviewer competence, if which she is hired to do, will be questioned. This is not a conversation, but an interview. The guest prepares to respond concisely, and the interviewer prepares to extract information and cover the topics extensively within the time limit allowed by the media company. Both have to end on time. And, both hopes to communicate properly and adequately to the public, not entertain. That is another kind of show, and still any program must end on time.

i think manila lgu has done well but vendors must be placed in an area where they will not be disturb and they will not be an eyesore. also they will not be an obstruction in road sideways.
For vertical housing to really be successful, migration to Manila should be limited or totally disallowed or banned otherwise Manila will just be a magnet for those seeking fortunes from other localities. and the rest of the country! It's similar and no difference from population explosion problem of the Philippines.
