Heard that in Mangkolemba under Mokokchung district 2lane road is under construction now but the good news we heard about mangkolemba town is that not a penny was taken from government to cut their private land for good road..........A big salute to mangkolemba brave public 👍👍👍

My sister have residential complex which is completely falls under the proposed highway 02 construction.She was planning to construct building on that site but however on hearing a news of highway construction project ,compel her to cancel her dreams. After longtime wating she received a sum of ₹. 80000/-(rupees eighty) thousand only through on rough handling people on account of property damage without knowing any knowledge and proper documents. I therefore request to high authority to take note of this serious issues and also arrest the thief at an early date for the needy owners. Thankyou NLTV

That road has been neglected for so many years,when wokha,mokokchung and tzuminyu area are all under construction all the time. Something is not right. Till now no cutting of earth nor nothing is going on there. 🤦🏽 Such a horrible road and people care about money only,instead of some extra cash it will be better to develop their own land.

Property and landowners has a right to know their actual measurements and the damaged amount due to them. Govt department, administration or the contractors has no right to distribute the compensated amount randomly as their wish without fallowing the norms as if its an election money but affected land owners should elect capable leader to articulate their grievances properly otherwise these people who were interviewed here look confused and the viewers couldn't get their point.
VK area public should change their leadership for the greater good of all. I have seen that this VK Akuluto area is still very very backward. They should elect a new young non corrupted leader for a change.
We need to hear the other side of the story, because there won't be smoke without fire.
Almost same thing happened in wokha town where some discrepancies were allegedly happened at the time of land compensation payment itself.
Same thing's happen in Merangkong-Tamlu-Mon road......All the money were eaten by Pwd and Administration dept

In any financial transection case, transparency should be followed. As per the narratives of so called land owners of VK area, it appears that concerned administrative officials, PWD officials r the main culprits in corruption. Government must take up the matter and thorough enquiry or investigation be initiated at the earlier date so as to speed up the road construction in the interest of public in general...
However, public must hear the explanation of the district administration as well as PWD officials if MLAs and ministers r not involved......
Its so sensitive but in reality to have a development we need cooperation. I believe the concern community n department come to a common point without corruption coz its a vital road n left unattended for many years.
Any media or state govt must also need to come n see the road condition from mokokchu ng to tuensang HQ .road NH,202, is deplorable condition.in case of serious sick/patients must travelled by this road via vk town to kohima/Dimapur for treatment . urgently look into the matter.

Compensation are paid to those persons whose land are towards the hill side and not the valley side.once the work start the valley side walla will come and say moi laka mati ti ekta pathor be napathabe..and please once the work starts dont go and ask for subcontract work if you dant lay a brick dey and also dont go to there office and ask diesel olop tibe, kari olop banai tibe..moi laka jaka ti kam nakuribe..if you stop all this work will complete at the right time and if you dont do what i say it will take MORE THEN 5 YEARS..SAI THAKI BE.
