Ingredients List-
1+1/2 Cup Suji/ Rava( सूजी)
1+1/2 Cup Dahi( दही)
2 Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च)
1/2 inch Ginger( अदरक)
4-5 tbsp Water( पानी आवश्यकतानुसार)
Salt to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
2 tsp Oil( तेल)
1/2 tsp Suger( चीनी)
1+1/2 tsp Eno or u can use 1/2 tsp Baking Soda( ईनो या बेकिंग सोडा दोनों में से एक)
Ingredients for Chatni-
1 Cup Coriander leaves( धनिया पत्ती)
8-10 Mint leaves( पुदीना)
4-5 Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च)
1 inch Ginger( अदरक)
4-5 Curry leaves( कढ़ी पत्ता)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds( जीरा)
3-4 Garlic Cloves small( छोटी लहसून कलियां)
1/8 tsp Black Salt( काला नमक)
Salt to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 lemon juice( नींबू का रस)
1/2 tsp Sugar( चीनी)
water as required( पानी आवश्यकतानुसार)
Ingredients for Tadka-
2 tbsp Oil( तेल)
1 tsp Raai (राई)
1/2 tsp Sesame seeds( सफेद तिल)
10-12 Curry leaves( कढ़ी पत्ता)
4-5 Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च)
