15 gm, cinnamon stick
3, black cardamom
3 gm , nutmeg
1 tbsp, whole black pepper
1.1/2 tbsp shahezeera
6 gm,mace
1 tbsp, cloves
1.1/2 tbsp, whole white peppe
20 gm, rose petal
(2) ingredients of yakhani
1 kg, potato
1.5 kg, chicken
salt to test
250 gm , rice brand oil
3 medium size chopped onion
4 glass water
1, teaspoon red chilli powder
2 gm, yellow food colour
1, teaspoon biryani masala powder
2 tbsp, ginger paste
2 tbsp, garlic paste
6, drop mughlai meetha ittar
(3) ingredients of rice preparation
1 kg , Biryani basmati rice
2 black cardamom
7, cloves
5 green cardamom
Salt according to water test
(4 ) Biryani dam preparation ingredient
2 cup yakhni
1 tbsp, rose water
1/2 tbsp, kewda water
6 , drop Mughal meetha ittar
150 gm, fresh curd
2 tbsp, fresh cream
1 teaspoon, biryani masala powder
1 teaspoon,sugar
3 tbsp,ghee
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
