Made biryani every Sunday by following other online recipes, but those were okay type homemade biryani only. But not the actual kolkata biryani. @@priyankamanna9057 for last 11 years I eat biryani every 2 times in a month, I also cook biryani in my house whenever I got time. I am also a bangali so biryani is our first choice than any food. So all of my past experience I think I know the taste, the smell, the color, the texture of biryani. In this video we can see a proper Kolkata style chicken biryani. I don't know why you comment like that but it's clearly show your personality throw your text. If you don't like the video , you can say it by your self, no need to question on someone's choice.

I'm also a tremendously "Biryani" foodie or lover. From Aminia, Nizam, UP-Bihar Resturant, Royal, Sabbir, Shiraz, Arsalan, Zeeshan, India Restaurant, Kareem, Ambar, Ashoka, Dada Boudir Hotel (Barakpur), Rahmania (Park St), Biryani Inc, Haji Saheb (Park Circus) to Grand, Taj, Park, ITC, HHI, Hyatt, Peerless Inn, Hotel Airport Ashok (Run by ITDC, which is closed now, most probably 1999, woh keya khana tha yaar, and the ambiance. . . ooh!!!) to now a days latest Zam Zam, Dhaka Biryani House, Haan 'D' Biryani (Wellesley, Ripon St.), Oudh 1590 to even every little restaurant in even every lane & by lane, I taste the biryani. "Grand, Taj, Park, ITC, HHI, Hyatt, Peerless Inn, Hotel Airport Ashok" ka baat to chhor-e dijiye even so many restaurants also know us by name & face.
For my own business & work related activities, I have to travel every part of India, and taste biryani of every place.
Yes, Calcutta's Biryani is definitely different from other biryani available in India. It is mainly derivated from another famous "Lucknow Biryani", Which is known & famous for it's rich but mild aroma, flavoured taste. Introduced here by the great 10th and last Nawab of Awadh, Wajid Ali Shah (his version of the famed Lucknow biryani in 1856, while Exiled from Lucknow).
Now, I know that I spoke tooooo muchhhh already (isn't), but why??
my point of talking so much is, I'm extremely sorry but could not find which part of the entire process, you notice it is wrong. Strange, it is, not!!??? A biryani lover, so much, but, could not find or completely failure to find or notice any wrong process through out the preparation!!!!!!!!!
So, Respected Madam "Priyanka Manna"Ji, will you please help us to find or notice the wrong steps & replace it by saying what is the right step we should take instead of that.
I'm not saying you to upload a whole video on it, (already check your profile, even there is no video on how to cook plain Bhat or even "Fena Bhat", ha ha ha.😊 😊 😂 ), just highlight the wrong portion only, please, "Mam Biryani Specialist Chef" ji.
