Gyeongbokgung is a state-of-the-art piece of architecture that showcases Korea's culture and ingenuity very well. Although I have been to Gyeongbokgung several times and have done some tours, I still learned a lot from this tour like the Haechi that stands guard outside and the dragon that represents the king. This presentation is very informative. Every details was explained. Historical information strongly given. Important functions of the structures were thoroughly mentioned. It's here I found out about the bronze dragon found in Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, the seven clawed dragon in Geunjeonhjeon Hall which I have not noticed and the purposes of the Deumu on the stairs. I am very surprised that there is a lock on the other side of the Queen's hall.
I had been to Gyeongbokgung many times, read countless articles about the palace, took many pictures from the gates, the buildings, to the statues, however, this is the first time I heard so detailed and easy understanding about the history of Gyeongbokgung, the video also looks clear and astonishingly beautiful. 🌹🌿
