many times they dont put the rolls in the middle, smaller ones like 1 to the left and the next is to the right close to the left one to save space and so on..., so the rail in the middle is kinda pointless IMO, and you can just nail the wedge into the trailer floor with a hammer, no need fancy ratchet stuff :D
