I love Sterling Ink. I am amazed all the artwork is hand drawn by Catherine - so creative and talented. Some of the subscription elements are designed for her planners (which I have been using and love). I love all of the elements in the 'box'. ❤❤
I'm in the Northern Hemisphere and I would LOVE to see a company produce a subscription where you could pick Northern or Southern themed for the month. Like, when you subscribe you select which you want, and that's what you got every month/quarter! Of course with several extra's available for 1st timers who sign up later, rather than before the subscriptions are shipped out, and the chance to change which you wanted (with 3 months notice for production). Snowy christmas in the North, Sunny christmas in the South, things like that.
Hi Erin, I absolutely love sterling ink, I use Catherines notebooks, planners and subscribe to the deluxe kit. I live in the uk and it only takes about 7 days for my orders to get to me which is brilliant! her kits are so perfect I don't use anything else now....which has saved me loads of money on things like washing tape!! Also I use the clear washing stickers and they don't bulk out my planner which for me is the icing on the cake.
I have been using the Sterling kits since January, before I would just get random stuff from Catherine. I am in love with her kits. She has the best customer service too! I use two of Sterling planners as well and will be getting then for 2025. I am an avid fountain pen user and I can confirm the Tomoe River paper is amazing for it. In my A&O notebooks the ink will feather sometimes depending on the ink and nib.

I keep the Sterling Ink thank you cards and put them in the little pockets of my planner covers or my travelers notebook folder/card holder for a bit of deco. They’re such a nice touch!! I got the deluxe for September as a one time purchase (I use their planners and notebooks almost exclusively) and am definitely considering getting it monthly.
Maybe the patrons you are sending their way will make up for the missing package. I am so in love with these products. I am going to subscribe. These are beautiful 😍.

Hi Erin, thanks for your video and sharing your thoughts. Apologies for my long comment. Someone had actually linked your RUclips video from SI's FB group. As a fellow Aussie, I started subscribing to the Deluxe Subscription from February 2024. Regarding July 2024's kit, the same thing happened to me (I'd also ordered items from their June sale, so the orders were combined). The USPS tracking hadn't moved in a while, so I'd e-mailed SI. They kindly sent out another one. Replacement had arrived. I'd placed another order in August 2024 (which included the new Single Scene Stickers - September 2024). This order arrived late August 2024. But I didn't receive just one package on this particular day. I received two!!! The original package (SI called it the "awry order") which contained July 2024's kit finally arrived, after a couple of months in transit!!! Oh, and one more thing. If USPS shows your package has arrived in Oz, but it has not been updated with AusPost for a few days (I give it 5 days). I normally lodge a missing item claim with AusPost, requesting if the package has arrived in Australia. I've had to do this every month for the last few months with SI's subscription kits. Within two business days of lodging the missing item claim, AusPost updates the tracking (so the package has in fact already arrived in Australia), and you'll receive the package within two business days after that.
I want the January kit from this year SO BAD! they sell out SO QUICKLY! I subscribed during one of the releases and won't get until closer to November but I wanted Octobers sub kit and FINALLY saw the day they were released. I ordered within the first minute and shortly after they were all gone! Her stuff goes like hot cakes!
I love these designs and I think this is a great idea. the only think that the shipping to the uk would be a lot so I'm on the fence about a stationary subscription. I think this is the best unboxing ive seen you do on your channel and those velum papers are GORGEOUS! They are giving night court vibes
I am definitely subscribing. It's all so beautiful. I like to sketch faces with charcoal and I love watercolors so I thought I'd buy a journal and use it as an edc with no rhyme or reason. I don't want to use it as a planner as I stay at home almost every single day & really have nothing to plan. I like to make list & generally just like paper but thought I could journal some, use it as a creative outlet, and when we travel. What journal would you suggest? Also which stickers do you order? Matte or clear? Thanks so much.

I didn’t realize or maybe I should say I didn’t properly pay attention that my first kit isn’t until Nov, I wonder if we can get the left over kits if there are any. Maybe worth an email to them. They have likely shipped your November already, but they do sell the previous kits on the site - I’ve linked to the ones I got, so I’d guess the October kit is available for purchase or will be soon!

Everything is so beautiful! But it is inaccessible to me here in Brazil. Our currency is very devalued in relation to the dollar and we still pay import taxes. In addition, the orders are usually stuck in Customs for months. It's a shame! All I can do is watch your videos and see how you use these wonderful things.❤
As an American, I can tell you USPS (United States Postal Service) is our national mail service. They are *awful.* I tend not to purchase from any place that uses them. UPS (United Parcel Service) is a company and they are much better!
