Thank you so much for this tutorial! It helped me immensely! But one problem I have is that I always roll sideways instead of over my head. Like I roll over my shoulders. Any tips? Thank you again, you gained a subscriber

Thank you so much for the kind words and support. Lines of symmetry work well for a forwards or backwards roll. Without seeing the roll it is difficult to tell, but here are some ideas to try. If you maintain a neutrally looking head position, ensure the lean back is smooth and fast that will help. Then ensure the chin is one the chest throughout the roll and look at your knees to encourage the head position to stay "in" this position for as long as possible. Other factors could be: Is one arm pushing earlier or stronger than the other for example? Try these coaching points down a slope first. Remember that consistency is key and it will take many attempts before you become familiar with the skill. Check out Fitts and Posner Stages of learning for more understanding. I hope that helps.

I cannot do reverse crunch step 2. Any tips

Thank you for the message. The reverse crunch can be difficult as it uses your lower abs to lift you legs. Perhaps elevate your feet to a new starting position, for example placing them up onto an object that is at least 40cm high. When you practice this over a period of time it should become easier to lift your legs. Gradually reduce the height to the object until you feet are level with the floor. Equally, you could try and lift 1 leg at a time. I hope that helps. Keep practicing and I am sure you will achieve your goal.
