Zenitsu case is pretty complicated because his Thunder Breathing style and technique allows him to mimics lightnings at perfection but it also allows him to actually produce thunder but also swift strikes and movements akin to lightning ripping through the sky. He also mimics lightning so well that he can make the air in the area vibrates and he can, like said, moves at lighting speed.
