Meditation Monday - The Gold Ray of Christ.

Tim takes a genuine 'walking meditation' through the woods to begin the week. This is the invocation he is using and it can be adapted to hold any energy that you want to recieve -
"I (your name), choose to accept and invoke a deep illumination of the Gold Ray of Christ, The Christed Mahatma, and the Aquarian Ascension Energy...thereby allowing a full illumination of my Divine Ascended Self in service to Gaia, Humanity, and All That Is. Now please." (say three times).

Thank you Tim, a gold coloured car passed me this morning and a bright green van. To put these 2 into context I had a very uneasy wkend and didn't know why until I went to the fields and woods that I walk and ground myself every morning only to find the whole place has been levelled again they cut everything in the fields new oak trees all the seeding plants the birds and bugs eat. There wasn't a single bird or bug to be seen. It's supposed to be an ecosystem and they keep chopping it since new owners took it over in December last yr. I'm very connected to this land and it even took a crystal from me the last time this happened. The golden car was the golden light you just spoke about is Metatron, and the green is Raphael letting me know there with me. It was the same last wk with the throat chakra you spoke about as I had to clear phlegm from my throat that morning which I found unusual as I don't normally have to do that and then you pop up talking about it. So thank you as I'm learning more and more that I am connected to all and feel more now than ever before. I just have to work on my knowing when I get these feelings finding out what they mean, that I'm unable to do yet. Time and practice and we will all get there. Your speech reminds me of when my beloved got cancer and the year before his death, how (first kind of "out of emergency "at the time) a state of meditation just flowed into us, breathed more and more into every action, waking up and putting your feet on the floor, cooking, walking, talking, hugging, sitting together in silence in the sun 🌞💖. And the love and light grew into a miracle with every breath,until every tear became tears of light dissolving suffering, every breath became love, carrying through his last breath in that body looking me in the yes, and then beyond 💖.
