You did over the head so wrong on anything over your head you follow the ball with your eyes and turn glove side if you just turn your whole back around including your head like this kid did you ain’t gonna know where the ball is even at like why would you want to take your eyes off the ball and have to find it again it makes no sense especially if wind is a factor
you have to have a good read on the ball. He is doing it correctly, you’re supposed to get in a good spot as fast as you can before looking up. Sure you can find it when it comes off the bat.

Why is he turning his entire body to the foul pole. Good luck doing that in a game because when you misjudge a ball you won’t be able to recover lmao
@Dylan Brookbank it is called a drop step so you can read the ball and already be positioned to throw as soon as you make the catch
Does not like he is shooting 4 very hard.
Never turn back and run on a overhead ball. Outfielding is about angles. Having right angle on ball so u can turn and run and still see the ball.
