Hi Deb And Tony love the Elegance 850 gorgeous van all round i can see how much you love it an rightly so.Tony,s done a great job in the awning so happy for you both.Little tip Tony the flaps on the inlet water instead of pullng and thumping it closed put your fingers under the lip and thumb preasure just above and will open and close without force you know how brittle they can be.
He's just a heavy handed sod Eric 😂 but I shall pass your tip on to him 👍
Hi Tony and debs hope you are both well we are new subscribers and we have recently come across your channel love it you are so funny together and Tony ouch with the chillies in the eyes we felt so sorry for you we’ve just seen the video of picking the new van up and Tony trying to put the awning up so funny what you say to each other the new van is gorgeous we’re getting our new van in a few weeks and we will be going on donkey creek on the 19th June for a week and we’ve put our name down for a seasonal pitch but it’s gonna be a while as we’re number 26 on the list hope to meet you when we’re their in a few weeks time keep well and safe from Paula Andrew and Courtney.

Really nice caravan, very similar equipment to our Kon-Tiki Sport, except you have much more space. Love to have a Microwave without a plate. Ooo electric roof light!
We love it Bob. I have no idea how that microwave works yet 😂

your new caravan is absolutely stunning and the awning setup too, can imagine days there are just awesome with such a nice setup, we have a very small 2 berth caravan which is small but compact, does what we need it to i guess, just bought a full size awning for it though to give us a bit more room outside, going away next week for first time with new awning so be good i hope. see in a bit guys.
Awnings are brilliant for the extra space we use ours all the time. Hope you have a great time away next week with you new awning set up. C u in a bit 👍

Fantastic and well chuffed for both of you. The van is more than you will ever need and looking forward to seeing more of your vlogs. Must add the awning and the way you have it laid out is superb. Absolutely love it and a wee bit jealous but my sprite will have to do untilI get more pennies. Oh and mustn’t forget loving the interior and that electric opening roof light is so good.

Lovely van you have there, I’ve just bought a sterling 645 continental we collect it in July, a top tip for your Alde heating to speed it up massively is to turn it on electric and gas at the same time until it heats then turn gas off it will be red hot in a few minutes xx

Bought Deb a Isabella Cupboard don’t tell Deb but you spoil her 😀😀we use our internal water tank in the winter I don’t use my electric hob for the same reason so I bought a single induction hob great saving on the gas love your bedding and your little nik naks awning looks brilliant only got to decide where you gonna put the Christmas tree 😀😀agree to speed your heating up start off on gas and electric happy days

Little tip, unplug the elec ring on hob in the cupboard under the oven. Lots of people have accidentally knocked the switch while cleaning and there is no auto cut off when lid is down. Been one or two fires 🔥 caused .
Also try an awning bar tensioner, will get poles much more taught and add a few more poles just to be sure in storms.

Great vlog folks, we have just px our Elegance 580 for a new 2022 Elegance 850. What size is your TV in the lounge area please? We will be touring with our van so will have to think about stowing it when in transit, but would like to buy a bigger screen than we have currently in our old van. Many thanks Deb and Tony keep up the great vlogs.👍😀

Love your caravan, you should take up selling them lol, have you ever toured with this van? We have a 7.6 conqueror and been thinking of a grande just wasn’t sure if it’s a great difference towing a wider van
No we've never toured with it yet but we will be doing for a few months when this site closes 👍

Very snazzy Deb & Tony. Right up my street all those gadgets - electric sunroof, two Omnivent extractors, underfloor heating etc. Are the bedroom speakers controlled from the Command screen? Looks a relaxing place to be. Thanks for the tour, Cheers, Rob

You could retire sell house and live in the van it would be cheaper than heating a house., washing machine and drier in the awning sorted. Enjoy is beautiful I also like my L shaped lounge too in my 2012 Bailey Damper Van with my nice fleece throws over seats,
That is the plan. That's why we went for the bigger van ☺️

I have the exact same van and its lovely but mine turned up from the factory with no awning entry on the awning rail. how could they miss that?i am now having to go back to the dealer on my way to cornwall to see what they can do and see what they come up with not happy at all at nearly 45k,I did a google search about it and im not the only one☹

Towsafe says legal but unsafe unless toured by an Experienced driver.

What car do you have to tow it
Well we don't tow at the moment. But we have a kuga which as come back legal but not safe on long journeys unless being toured by a professional 🤷♀️
