It’s nice to find a song that I can relate to. Being a father is always gonna be hard, but I’m never gonna quit trying to be better. I KNOW I am not a good dad, (I passionately despise the “good dad” title!!!!) BUT I’m a father to a daughter and I remind her DAILY with “who loves you the most?” And also “who’s daddy’s bestest best friend EVER?” And she knows it. Nice old ladies at the store say “you’re gonna have to look out for them little boys” and I give them a honest devious smile and say “haha NO, I just gotta find a place to bury them!!!”
