- A small initiative undertaken by DBCYM to encourage and motivate all our Youth of Diphu, Karbi Anglong and beyond to RESPECT and APRECIATE our parents’ love towards their children. Infact! Our parent’s loves towards their children are always unconditional and can never be measured!
This is a small short inspirational movie about a random student from village with an unsound financial background, who happens to pursue his studies in Diphu Town. Later on, demanding money from his father despite their unsound financial condition and started living lavishly as a prodigal son, without any concern about his family background. Apparently! As any good father would do out of love for their wards in a situation as such, he sold all his land property, livestock and other in order to comply towards his only son’s unending demand.
Later on, he happened to messed around and fled towards his village but, unexpectedly, to his amazement, he saw his father’s hard work in a sunny hot day and suddenly had a soft and sympathetic feelings and realized that it was all his fault and his unreasonable and shameful act which affects his family life. The following day, he took a strong resolution to strive and stand on his own feet and to try to fix all the mess he created. After a few years, he achieved great success by the grace of God and he thought of paying a visit to a local Pastor before leaving for his village!!!
Motto: “The real love towards our parent means not only by obeying them in words but by understanding their problems, circumstances and extending our helping hands toward them in each and every single way. This truly signifies our true love for our parent.”
Hence, if every youth members resemble such kind of act towards our parents, then we would all be blessed and will certainly progress in life.
