    The host asked him "How much would high end membership cost" then started complaining about it not being affordable?
    Ask him how much do people pay on average, obviously high end will not be affordable.

      It’s still not a particularly affordable hobby unless you get severe discounts through university/military funding (like I do)
      But yeah most people aren’t paying even close to 10M, maybe a few grand a year.

    Just came back from watching a Polo Game in Wyoming, then it's back home to my Polo Clubs in Las Vegas. There are more millionaires and billionaires living, or have ranches/homes in Wyoming than any other state. Fun!

    Wow! Only 10,000,000 Sterling Pounds per year, what a bargain. Some people complain about lack of inclusiveness but I think it is lack of money, also, I am referring to Formula 1. There are sports that are very expensive, although very beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Best to you.

    I shall be incredibly vulgar but clever right now and I do not caire what anybody thinks .Personally It seems a fun game to play while drunk on fine wine, campaign or Bavarian beer.....me personally id play it dangerous and probably forgo a helmet ....like sex without a condom or birth control it is not nearly as much fun without a high level of risk LOL ! but i want to congratulate all the horses in this they did a outstanding job ! the horses on the field did a Marvelous job as well ! ;-)

      Polo is a very dangerous sport. Several people have died playing it. Others have lost eyes, broken limbs, ribs, collapsed lungs, etc. I would never try to play it while intoxicated or without safety equipment. You would be a danger to yourself and other players and the horses.

    • @seannrandell9525
      @seannrandell9525 Год назад +2

      Even with the safety equipment we use playing it’s a dangerous sport and it’d be stupid to play without a helmet etc, horses are still animals and things can still go wrong. Playing intoxicated is even more ridiculous and anything but a smart decision, if you were found out you’d be definitely banned out of safety for you and the horse.

    It’s a bloody painful game for the poor horse. That metal crap they put in the mouth when it’s pulled back it hurts like shit !!! The people who do such cruelty will suffer one day. They shud feel the same pain the poor animal does

    • @sharokinawilliams1478
      @sharokinawilliams1478 4 года назад +36

      It actually doesnt. Look up the placement of the bits and you'll see theres a space where the teeth end for them. The horses are well taken care of. It's not cruel boomer

      It depends what bit they use tbh . Some of them are ridiculously painful and are banned but most of the ones used in competition only have mild to moderate amounts of pressure associated with them. IDK about polo it's not my thing but in dressage and show jumping very harsh bits are not allowed and there are strict bit rules

    • @jamessworkshop4113
      @jamessworkshop4113 3 года назад +8

      Same thing in polo we have very strict reguulations on whip lenth typs of bits whip flex spurs and much more and the saftey around the horses and players is always getting better and safer for both parties

      If you want to pull it back then yes, but they don’t teach you to have stable hands for nothing. I’ve been riding horses for almost 10 years and it doesn’t damage or hurt them in anyway if the hands of the riders are stable, because mostly you steer a horse with legs, the bit is a form of help. So please if you don’t know anything about it, refrain from talking about the subject.
