Drawing BIRD EYES in Coloured Pencil | Tips & Techniques for drawing eyes

I've got 3 different bird eyes studies in coloured pencil to show you the best tips & techniques to getting glassy eyes full of depth and character. I talk you through first steps of getting the shape right, the technique for adding layers to the iris and then adding in shading and using contrasting colours to help add a natural looking grey.
I give you some advice on blending coloured pencils, layering and the coloured pencil techniques involved in recreating some of these textures. You can apply these tips & techniques to any of your other drawings, too!
