Looking back with one of XL Ministries’ first interns, Eric Ellis, Brian Murphy, our Executive Director, discusses what the internship was like and how it prepared Eric for ministry. Previously the Senior Pastor of South Boulder Bible Church for over 20 years, Eric has recently passed the leadership baton over to someone who interned under his guidance. Reflecting back on how the XL Ministries Internship prepared him for being a pastor, Eric explains what he would recommend for anyone who desires a life of professional ministry.
