"Let that be a mark of a miracle" really gave me chills. A few months ago, I was in a near fatal accident - I flipped and was ejected from my car. I have SO many scars from surgeries and pokes and prods to put my body back together. And I don't necessarily hate those scars. But I do hate that it happened. I hate that I can't walk because of a spinal chord injury. I hate that it's stripped so much independence from me.
But I keep forgetting that accident saved me. I have *literal* miracle scars. I have the opportunity to talk to others with disabilities and tell them why I still love the Lord.
He is so good. Regardless of circumstances or whatever is going on in your life, whatever is in your past. He is and always will be good.

I loved her answer about how to deal with your place when you are not where you want to be but everyone around you seems to be living their best life. Not everyone is honest with what is going on in their life. Be content in Him. And, if you look around, you can always find someone who’s Road is much more difficult than your own. If we spend our time, praying for those on those difficult roads, we do much better to realize how lucky we are regardless of our circumstances. God is with us and will get us through. Loved the interview!
I have a little sister with cerebral palsy. I related so much when she said her dreams of doing things with her changed. Yes 🙌🏼 you have to remove the why and trust God. I loved this episode in its entirety thank you ❤

Even though I have the role as mom my identity isn’t even mom or wife etc it is rooted in being daughter of the most high king, in his family! If I can stay grounded in the love of Jesus first everything else he gives me to do is a gift and I can give my best and when it’s taken away I can release bc I am first His daughter and I Can trust that he will never change and he in himself will give me what I need when I need it bc he is alway is my good Father ❤❤❤❤

This ep was very true, great in-person talk. I know this convo more geared to women, but in our era when life has become a social media stage/possibility, its very apt to observe that things, platforms, daily household character, open convos will either become more real, healthy, AND holy (even if categorized and snappy for reference) or life itself will become more fake as the substrate of all interactivity increasingly is on-platform or in-structure. Wherein is freedom, meaning & continuity in development & memory?

Hey Sadie and all! I don’t usually comment on these type of videos but tonight it feels fitting to. This video could not have come at a better time for me; I’m currently in a cycle of confusion because of things that are happening in my life and doubts that I have. I’ve always struggled with friendships and relationships with people around me, which has lead me to people please. Recently as I’m growing in the lord I feel a change in myself a “confidence” I’ve never had. I finally have a circle of friends that are spurring me on in the lord and helping me by leading me to Jesus to heal my past. The thing that I am stuck on however is people from my past. Recently two people who have made it clear by words/ actions that they don’t want me to be their friend or have me in their lives have asked me to hang out with them or support them at an event like it never happened. It’s hard for me to say no because I feel like I am lying and not being true to myself by allowing them to walk all over me. If anyone has any advice please comment
