The one I love about this performance is Suhyun didn't out sing at the beginning. She know direction of song and their cover structure. Although she can easily out sing, she didn't chose compete over compete type. She just set up for the duetmates, spice on the song and give us elegant quality cover. This girl know what she's doing!!

That's why the groups are usually more or less fluent in English or can understand it. Edit: Even though AKMU weren't really trainees, mostly all staff in YG have some basic language of English. When they go for language classes, they have to take Japanese and either English or Chinese. This is usually the case for any company that has the money for classes.
Please check "lucky" by Rose and Onew in Sea of hope too. It's beautiful. And If you can "Selene6.23" by onew and sunwoojunga, Sea of hope became Sea of tears, really really beautiful and incredible vocals.
@@anachu1294 They hate on her voice. People say its nascally and squeaky like a chipmunk. Its mostly because BP songs are high on the pitch scale. But she has a bright voice so when she sings in high tone they think she is bad. Hope this explains.

Honestly I never know why people hate her, they always have to find the smallest mistake to potentially ruin her reputation. It's most likely jealousy. Loved the way these 3 unique vocalists harmonized so well. Each having a different vocal tone and style Rosé with her unique vocal twang and pop voice and ofcourse her high notes, Suhyun with her honey like sweet and soft and simple vocals and control. Onew with his beautiful vocal range and mannerisms. Loved this so much
Look up Lee Suhyun songs. She's released a solo but she is part of the duo 'Akmu'. She has a great voice and they've released an album about a month ago!
This show (Sea of Hope) has given us some amazing performances. My favourite which you should definitely check out is Onew and Sunwoojunga singing Selene 6.23 by Shinee (written by Jonghyun). It was a phenomenal performance and very emotional, especially for Onew 🥺🤍

Alot of YG singers that can't speak English well sounds well when singing it...like Yedam, Jeongwoo,Junkyu
