India and South Africa could probably produce the vaccine, many 3. World countries can not. India and Sout Africa could also afford to buy a license. It also takes time to set up production, do certificationn etc. The better way would be for the western countries to ramp up production and to give the vaccine away for free. That would actually pay for itself, as it would eliminate or at least new variants, which would hit the rich countries eventually.

the price of advising the western countriesto give the vaccine away for free is huge even to become impossible.

Every article I've read these people
    always are wanting something for
    free. Free doesn't exist, somewhere
down the line someone paid. Oh, I
    forgot the number of successful
    socialist countries. Small countries
with small populations and high tax
rates. You tax the rich to do it and the
rich relocate. I say again, someone
    always pays.

But why to the rich want people to work for free? That is why we have labor laws and why companies are still found to underpay their employees by their own standards... Because the rich only can stay rich if they get something for free, like the child slaves in Africa that are mining the minerals for Elon Musk's space crafts.
If rich people actually paid for stuff, then they wouldn't be rich anymore. That is why companies force the govenment to subsidies their expansion even though they are trillion dollar companies.

There will be little incentive to work hard and take risks if it has no chance of paying off. This ideology breeds mediocrity. Progressives seem to be under the impression that everyone in the world has the same goals and same strategies to reach said goals. There are bad people. There are lazy people. Taking care of basic necessities doesn’t always motivate everyone to make the “right” choice. True freedom is having the ability to make good and bad choices.Let the chips fall where they may. Not letting people hit rock bottom can be to their detriment at times.

I have an idea called Force licensing basically as long as the vaccine's quality and safety standards that the company is set any company can produce a vaccine but they have to pay the company at least some compensation this way the vaccine is more distributed there's still quality and safety and that companies that develop it can still get their money

They want free stuff. Lifesaving stuff for sure, but can they take away property rights because they want to? They would also have to force them to show how to actually make it.
