@@crawlingboy it’s part of the story! It’s actually really well done and ties in with Orphic and Dionysian tradition. It’s honestly very specific in some regards! It makes my little classics major heart flutter

I love this game, but why does Zagreus say ‘mate’ so often? I’m English, and most of the time we don’t use that word unless we’re trying to intimidate someone. It makes him sound *hella* passive-aggressive.
It’s mentioned somewhere in the game that Zagerus has a ‘surface accent,’ so maybe his dialect is a combination of different accents?? Or maybe he is just passive aggressive
Man, as a Brit the voice acting for Zagreus makes me cringe all the time.. it’s so fake and obviously not British, it’s like a kid putting on a silly British accent. I guess for Americans it sounds just fine.
