I’ve been eating by my blood type since 2016. Lost more than 50 lbs without exercise. Shana knows her stuff. Everything Erica said in this podcast is true!!!❤

Yes!!!! The church should be addressing current affairs. Kids today are dealing with everything's happening today. Guide them around the stumbling blocks

I love this. This is why I grow my own food and have my own animals, and I love my herbs. 🫣 The amount of weight that I have lost comes from everything she has said. This was amazing, Pastor. I am trying to live my life just like her. My grandfather was a 104 and was healthy from eating right. This was an absolutely amazing podcast. Preach sister Joy

I am so appreciative of you Pastor Jamal. The conversations you have are answering my right-brain questions (left-handed).

She is excellent! I would love to see Yara Waples from the Juice Capitol on this Podcast. I was very sick doctors didn't know what it was. I called Yara in one day she juiced me out the bed. I liked everything except the seaweed and the black lemonade is powerful❤

The word is the everyday way to stay focus. Prayer is the everyday way of releasing, your pain, hurt & needs as well. Prayer is good to release just your thoughts and idea.

  • @miyoshistallings6562

Remembering who we are and admitting it is key.

  • @behealthymindbodyspirit9016

Thank you for this. I have literally ordered the supplements she mentioned. As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Professional Therapist, this was great information. Thanks for this informative interview… 💯👍🏾💯
