    I know it as uwuk ukom - which is cooked almost the same way, though the plantain is diced and the leaf is optional. Will try your style. Looks yummy 😋

    Baby ghel you’ve burned your hands 4 times. Please use mitts! Anyway, the food looks good. I’m making my own now with geisha for my protein… I’m just trying to decide how much palm oil I’ll need since the geisha already comes with in a tomato sauce
