Great grappling, great location filming, great central revenge conceit (they kill his dog, we are now on board for whatever John has to do), and a slow shift over the series towards a fantasy world building getting further from reality in a way that we can accept because it's just so fun and weird. After John Wick if he seriously kept training just for fun he could be a high level guy by now at least blue belt in BJJ or black belt in Judo. And his gun stuff is great. He is so lucky to get this kind of career. Getting paid to train in martial arts and firearms. He is a motorcycle hipster too.

He's a senior member of the 87Eleven Stunt Team, the people behind John Wick, Atomic Blonde, Nobody, Bullet Train many other movies. He also trained Charlize Theron for Atomic Blonde & Bob Odenkirk for Nobody. Keanu trained mostly striking martial arts, Karate, Kick boxing, Wing Chun with him. That's all very well but some of the scenes in JW3 were bloody awful especially first third of movie. Fight scene - multiple opponents .. opponent stands .. big pause .. waiting for Keanu to hit "hit" me. Unforgivable. I'd swop the training for a better post edit.
