Until one day i got fed up with their workflow and contacted the client myself. After that I worked with the client independently as a freelancer.

Owner don't know what is designing exactly she just want to gain profit but seems very unprofessional. Now I established a design firm. Working with minimum clients with detailed analysis of that particular business or brand. And now my clients are also saying that it's going really good. In the way of making good business relations in market.
chota digital marketing agency me aisa e hota hai 🤣🤣🤣 , the situation is 100% accurate, the boss was busy in his personal life , the marketing guy has 0 sense of designing or aesthetics, modern minimalist design looks unattractive in their eyes , in my case the lady content writers are mostly good enough and they have good sympathy for the designer 😝 because she also know how much struggle i have to do just to satisfy the client's awkard sense of designs and out of the world 😂 non creative thinking 😝

Maine bahut si agency ke Instagram account par employees ke non-working reels dekhe hai. Koi mujhe bata sakta hai ye reels kyun banate hai Kya unke paas kaam nahin hai isliye, ya un ko bahut work hai aur work pressure Kam karne ke liye ya reels banana hi unka work hai.
The first 10 minutes is the story of my everyday life every one has their own vision , their own world at last , we became each other enemy and the client is also gone. No one works as a team and secondly the client needs also can't be fulfilled because the agency pays everyone less .. all the money is eaten by the founder, all members like why I put efforts they are paying less. These create a tug of war in an agency between members I put the client in hand or I will think about the right amount of my efforts.
