    Ingredients -
    Mustard leaves: 1 bunch
    Spinach - 1 cup
    Broccoli cut floret ( 5-6 pieces)
    Chopped onion - 1/2 medium size
    Green chilli -3
    Garlic clove - 4 to 5
    Garam masala - A pinch of
    Salt - as taste
    Oil as needed ( olive oil and 1 tsp mustard oil )
    Butter - 1/2 tbsp
    To serve :
    Lemon slices and chopped onion
    Method :-
    Boil all the greens ( mustard leaves, spinach, broccoli ) on high heat
    Drain extra water and grind them into paste
    In a pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic and green chilli
    Fry for 1 minutes
    Add chopped onion
    Fry until translucent
    Add green paste
    Add salt
    Cook covered for 10 minutes on low medium heat
    Open and add garam masala and butter
    And cook for another 10 -15 minutes on low heat
    Add chopped onion and serve with lemon and makke ki roti
    Enjoy!!
