I think winner had their first win 5 days after their debut, they were called monster rookies for a reason. I'm not a fan of winners but I do love their music a lot. Ngl they clearly have the best debut in 3rd gen. Empty is such an epic song, it doesn't even sound like a debut song at all, it sounds like a comeback of already well established group.

It's like parents working hard so their kid can get things easier, but there should be a middle ground. 3rd gen groups are arising too rapidly to success, getting overworked, and won't understand the value of work and merit. New Jeans for example will probability not be happy with where they are in the future because we expect success to go up as we age, but there'll be a point where they're so high up that there's nothing else above

Both groups from the generation worked hard; some faced a lot of hardships and difficulties in their trainee days, and some did after their debut, both worked hadr and faced hardships.
Mamamoos first win is so ☹️ They quite literally built RBW from the bottom up. Friends and their siblings were the only ones to attend their debut stage. And now they're so well respected and known in the industry. When they participated in queendom the other groups couldn't believe it and said they should be mentors instead
And the fact that the early 3rd gen k-pop groups are the reason k-pop is k-pop today. Yes the later 3rd gen and 4th gen groups has their own struggle but you can't deny that they had it easier than the 1st 2nd and early 3rd gen groups. I'm not hating then they all have their own struggles but....

Why not look at the hardships they faced in their trainee days? 2nd and 3rd gen groups pathed the way probably for every single future generation of artists in Korea, and while I agree it's unfair how 4th gen idols get things so easily; like how New Jeans blew up and in less than 6 months they're already luxury brand embassors and Disney voice actors, I also think 3rd gen are okay with that. It's like parents working hard so their kid can get things easier, but there should be a middle ground. 3rd gen groups are arising too rapidly to success, getting overworked, and won't understand the value of work and merit. New Jeans for example will probability not be happy with where they are in the future because we expect success to go up as we age, but there'll be a point where they're so high up that there's nothing else above

Initially kpop wasn't really famous that's why it took them so much time to get an award but now if we see, the newly debuted groups gets their awards so quickly. That's because these 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen groups paved way for them.
1st and 2nd gen also built kpop; 2nd gen were basically like 3rd gen once they used to broke so many hard records,not easily getting wins (most of them), and being super popular even outside Korea.

3rd gen K-pop idols will always be the best. Because they literally introduced so many fans to K-pop 😭. And on top of that the love that each 3rd gen idol has for each other is just on another level. Like even if BTS made it so big internationally they always loved their peers and always respected and vibed to their music. The understanding among the 3rd gen idols is so great. I just hope the 4th gen idols too share that relation.

Instead of saying 4th gen gropus never faced hardships, you can say it in another way. Most of the 3rd generation groups after winning know that the hard work they did didn't go to waste, and the 4th gen groups after winning know that their trainee difficulties and hard work paid off. Both groups from the generation worked hard; some faced a lot of hardships and difficulties in their trainee days, and some did after their debut, both worked hadr and faced hardships.

Mamamoos first win is so ☹️ They quite literally built RBW from the bottom up. Friends and their siblings were the only ones to attend their debut stage. And now they're so well respected and known in the industry. When they participated in queendom the other groups couldn't believe it and said they should be mentors instead
And the fact that the early 3rd gen k-pop groups are the reason k-pop is k-pop today. Yes the later 3rd gen and 4th gen groups has their own struggle but you can't deny that they had it easier than the 1st 2nd and early 3rd gen groups. I'm not hating then they all have their own struggles but....

I mean, you do realize the idols who win early after their debut face difficulties and hardships in their trainee days; they also face those struggles,sleepless nights, and hard work to become idols. Just because someone got a win earlier doesn't mean they didn't work hard. I hate when people have this kind of mindset, like you only focus on how they're getting popular quickly. Why not look at the hardships they faced in their trainee days? Some groups in 4th gen have to face just as many struggles in their trainee days, which are as hard as the struggles that other groups face after their debut.
