Why not start it off with one of my favorite MCR songs? Sorry about my crappy playing, out of practice for a while....

I think it's more the emo culture that surrounds them that was the Mickey was taken out of
A lot of people diss songs of this genre for being simple but there are loads of little chord variations in this song that are really interesting.
People dissed MCR mostly because of the "emo is suicidal" stereotype and other because of MCR fanbase (Killjoy) cringy attitude.
MCR music in their first two albums is closer to post hardcore than emo, and The Black Parade is alternative rock combined with rock opera. People who hate them for "being emo" probably don't know what emo music actually sounds like.
I know, right?? Their music, especially this whole album, is always filled with crazy interesting musical choices, rare (for this genre) chord progressions, tons of little and amazing details, top lyrics, influences from different bands and genres, etc. I could go on and on.
They were always above the others in so many ways.

So i was three when mcr dropped this album and my older brother put me on this album and threecheers for sweet revenge and I brought you my bullets you brought me your love and pencey preps heart break in stereo album

Yo, sorry to say this but the D power chord for "now I know, that I cant make you stay," on Cant and the word Make, you diminish the cord to give it that weird chord most metal players use it in breakdowns n stuff it's the same as a power but you take the index and move it down one fret then finally move to the next chord. You hear it on the record, give it a couple takes n compare it. I've done it cant hear it differently, hope it helped.

Ngl for all the guitar solos and can play, this has to be one of the hardest I've ever tried, and I can play some relatively difficult solos. But I still can't do this one after a year of trying to play it
that fast section is a bit of a stretch on the fingers and the timing is weird. Yeah ive played hard solos and this solo is pretty hard, but its just that one part honestly.

@Keshav Dorai Hello, it's been 3 months however I still want to thank you for replying.. So after watching multiple live performances of MCR I concluded that the top is what Frank plays and Ray plays the bottom.. Which kinda contradicts your comment because Frank is the Rhythm Guitar player while Ray is the Lead..
