that fast section is a bit of a stretch on the fingers and the timing is weird. Yeah ive played hard solos and this solo is pretty hard, but its just that one part honestly.
Yo, sorry to say this but the D power chord for "now I know, that I cant make you stay," on Cant and the word Make, you diminish the cord to give it that weird chord most metal players use it in breakdowns n stuff it's the same as a power but you take the index and move it down one fret then finally move to the next chord. You hear it on the record, give it a couple takes n compare it. I've done it cant hear it differently, hope it helped.

So after watching multiple live performances of MCR I concluded that the top is what Frank plays and Ray plays the bottom.. Which kinda contradicts your comment because Frank is the Rhythm Guitar player while Ray is the Lead..
