I'm using Lumin products now, but before Lumin i was using ( The Body Shop ) cleaser and serum. Now my question can i use Lumin and the body shop some time? I mean Cleaser and moisturizing balm of Lumin, and vitamin E serum of The Body Shop?

Why do people do it differently than what says in the booklet instructions? Literally in the booklet it goes in order as: Charcoal cleanser, exfoliator rub, and last the moisturizer. But in other videos like in this one the moisturizer is applied before the exfoliator? Can you explain why?
I think it's just for the sake of the video. The official instructions are the order you are supposed to do and it wouldn't make any sense to use moisturizer if you intend on putting on another wash off cream because you would just wash off the moisturizer as well. Generally the moisturizer/sunscreen is the last product that is applied
