Most of these are fun ones I've done, but they also may be inspired by other challenges. I split them into categories just for fun lol. *OC CHALLENGES:* - Close your eyes and click around your color wheel, then try to make character with those colors - Make a character based off of a song - Make a character that is made up of things you have not done before - Make a character based off of a scene in a book series you enjoy *STYLES TO REPLICATE:* - Biohazardia - Goldybays - Northflowo - Non-english WoF book covers - SoFizzticated - DragonSheep Studios *DRAWING WITH ____:* - Reversed controls (I'm pretty sure theres a computer setting for that) - An upside down canvas - 'Bad' art programs - Any friends/family/etc. May add to this later, but its all I could think of for now
Draw with Paint 3D. First program I ever used because it was auto-install. Theres no layers, the select tool is horrible, theres no downloadable brushes, the only "normal" brush is marker but even then it gets weird, and acts like a real life marker. Pencil looks like a pencil but even worse and the stray bits are exaggerated too much, the fill tool leaves white lines next to your lineart that you have to destrpy the lineart to be rid of. Spray paint is basically Airbrush but horrible and uneven, Crayon is those yellow scales Glory has down her spine and around her eye, caligraphy pen is just... basically the marker but neater. Thats one challenge I'd like to see for "bad" programs.
FireAlpaca is okay for me, but the stabilizer is the bane of my existence. All of my drawings seem super un-stabilized, despite the fact that I have it at 40.

Hallo! I’ve been doing digital art for years now, and, if you’re ok with it, I have some tips for you! (I’m using IbisPaint btw. I really recommend it, as I’ve been using the free version for years and even that has more than everything you could need!) I think coloring outside the lines can be beautiful at times, but if you want to avoid that, you’ll want to go to the *selection layer* and use the *bucket* tool to select everything that you DONT want to color. (Note that before you do this, you’ll want to *close any gaps* in your line work using the *brush* tool in the selection layer. Then, you just invert the layer (there should be a button inside of the *layer tab*) and then make a new layer underneath your line art. From then on, you can use that layer to color and it will stay within the lines! Hopefully you found this helpful, and I explained it good enough 😅 happy drawing!

I love how the different styles have different expressions, capturing each of their vibes pretty well. Some of them are more cheerful to match rounded shapes or the comical nature of the style, while Lamp0st's is kind of grim/stern or serious I guess, while Verasaii is serene but strong. Joy Ang looks gorgeous, and mildly interested or maybe even bored, a perfect face for standing still for hours as someone paints her likeness. BlueJae looks like she's smiling to be strong for a younger sibling while leading a rebellion, no idea why I thought of that but those are the vibes I get. Anonspice looks like she's looking down at someone who amuses her before she laughs and helps them with the thing they're struggling with. Idk why I talked about this but now you have it out there

I looked at other artists, their quirks and special features, and it helped me. So I’d say, yes, Bella is ABSOLUTELY right about finding your own flow, but also feel free to check other ppls art styles! It’s really helpful. Okeverybodyhaveagooddayanddrinkwaterbyeeeeee!
I like how Bella says that you can't really find your own style and that most ppl use refrances and things bc that's what I kinda did, there is an artist gene I my family, my and my older sibiling and I are basically physically and mentally twins and ill tell you why: we both really love drawing and music, also like 99% of the same Fandoms, we litterly look almost like the same person but they have glasses and i don't. We are also pretty tall for both of our ages.{ they are 5 years above me } I pretty much got off topic but basically when I grew up I always loved to watch them draw and if you have a younger siblings you will know this but they like to copy their favorite sibiling, like a lot, so I basically copied their art and drew ever since I was 4, I copied their art until I saw art online and let me tell you this, I was really inspired by my sibilings art, but digital art just made me feel like I was flying, I would look at digital art a lot when I wasn't at school, I loved it so much that I got inspired to try all types of art. Thanks! I’ve been obsessing over go to find my style because I always draw everything so differently. Sometimes I stop worrying so much about making it perfect and exactly like every style I love and instead I get something I’m pretty happy with. Man-- I just remember years back seeing Verasaii's animations for the first time and thinking: "wow-- my new icon." It's also amazing how they were able to keep the same kind of style, but also make small changes that go a long way. Good choice.

Actually, I learned this on my own! A reminder was exactly what I needed. I looked at other artists, their quirks and special features, and it helped me. So I’d say, yes, Bella is ABSOLUTELY right about finding your own flow, but also feel free to check other ppls art styles! It’s really helpful.

I like how Bella says that you can't really find your own style and that most ppl use refrances and things bc that's what I kinda did, there is an artist gene I my family, my and my older sibiling and I are basically physically and mentally twins and ill tell you why: we both really love drawing and music, also like 99% of the same Fandoms, we litterly look almost like the same person but they have glasses and i don't. We are also pretty tall for both of our ages.{ they are 5 years above me } I pretty much got off topic but basically when I grew up I always loved to watch them draw and if you have a younger siblings you will know this but they like to copy their favorite sibiling, like a lot, so I basically copied their art and drew ever since I was 4, I copied their art until I saw art online and let me tell you this, I was really inspired by my sibilings art, but digital art just made me feel like I was flying, I would look at digital art a lot when I wasn't at school, I loved it so much that I got inspired to try all types of art. I want to try this challenge sometime. Loved the video btw
the one thing that surprises me in these types of videos is how the artist could replicate a very hard and detailed artstyle so perfectly

Bella your an amazing artist and the fact you can do this so good on A COMPUTER- I’m not good with all those straight -not wiggly lines. What I mean by that is that when I draw on something other then paper it’s not clean at all. CHEERS TO YOU!(And all the amazing artists that made all of these in the first place!)
