The actress is reportedly ending their 27-month marriage after Joey allegedly cheated on her with his 'Socked in for Christmas' co-star, Melina Alves. In the filing, Samantha's seeking full custody of their 19-month-old daughter, Dylan.

Actually, they need their mothers A LOT more when they're as young as their daughter is.
Separating a child from their mother under the age of 5 is hugely traumatising for the child.
If he had any decency, he would be understanding of this and give her primary custody until their daughter starts school.

Matter of fact, women love that type of guys because it shows them that they are committed to their kids, they love them, they do everything for them. That reassures the women that they can have kids with them too and everything will just be fine. Is that hard to do? Definitely! Impossible? No.
@@mokaLARE no I meant, every other weekend until he married again, he would have to exclude his new significant other when he has the kids because of the rule. That would be hard on any relationship and he would need a really patient woman to deal with that. That might mean he has to exclude his friends, too from keeping any company with him.

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back.

Yes, why he did was incredibly selfish and wrong. But don’t allow your child to suffer from those mistakes that make your relationship with him irreparable. Her relationship with him is not yours to control (unless he’s a direct harm to her safety and well being). You also need to learn you cannot control who he has around your child. It’s very unfortunate to say the least but the child must come first on every level here. She’s so very young. She is not to be used as a pawn.
