That track is one of the tracks I hated most to run on but had such fun meets at. Especially when my high school tried to fight another school. Good times
+Maica Clarke yeah you're right He faded away with time ! Track and field requires immense tranning without any breaks ! Many athletes can't keep up with the tough traning routines every single day and thus quit at a early age or wont get better ! I my self am a pro sprinter and I must tell you that just to break mili seconds we have to train for months and years !! Its a tough and a time consuming process so most sprinters lose it very early !
I'm thinking four five years from now, especially Trent and Noah, although Trays start is so flawless and hunger is so great who knows. Relay WRs definitely.
Incorrect, lifting makes you stronger but actually reduces your explosiveness, relative to sprinting. Even the fastest power clean, squat or deadlift, with proper form, takes longer than a second to recruit maximum force. The time between your foot touching and pushing off the track is between 0.1 - 0.2 seconds. When you sprint, over time you train your neurological pattern to fire in a very short amount of time (0.1 - 0.2sec) which allows you to push off the ground with a lot of force in the timeframe sprinting allows. When you lift, you train your neurological pattern to push a lot of force into the ground... but only after a second or so. So, all that strength is useless, since you can't apply it quick enough. Ultimately, your explosiveness before you started lifting was faster than after you lifted, so lifting makes you slower. However, lifting does provide strength needed to push into the ground. The trick is to spend far more time on the track than in the gym so you don't lose that explosiveness, which is really hard to get back once lost.
KX5Kat lifting doesnt make you slower, if it was truly that cut and dry no sprinter would do any. I do believe lifting within sprinting has great purpose and can help take an athlete to that next step. Doing heavy compound lifts can be beneficial to plyometric exercises, which develop this quick maximal force production. Weights are also very good at correcting physical imbalances and injury prevention.

😂😂😂
😂🤝
Andre de Grasse top end speed + Trayvon Bromell start and acceleration = world record
Fierce rivals at college level tho :D
S0HAIB TARIQ ,what went wrong with Trentavis Friday, he looked real class for the future in 2014.saw him in the trial and he looked very moderate.

Usain Phelps not quite... maybe Degrasse's top end in his prime...he still isn't there yet.
Usain Phelps usain bolt top speed with bromell acceleration = world record
Your start is not better ur start is best
Trayvon gets stronger, Trent gets stronger and sharper, and Noah Lyles gets stronger, gonna be problems for WRs.
cavaleer what do you think of Noah Lyles?
cavaleer relay WRs? maybe...if they get to that point before Gatlin starts slowing up...They gonna need a fit Gat to break that WR

Presbian116 Tier1 I think the ceiling is the roof! Lol. He's barely scratched the surface cause he's so undeveloped physically.
cavaleer Trent don't seem hungry enough to me...Plus Lyle's need to go sub 10, he is much more suited for 200m
Greatest sprinter
What was that the full workout?
99% of what now???
intéressant :)
99.9%??? No one even lifts
Lifting is one of the most overrated means of training for sprinters.
KX5Kat lifting is helpful but too much isn't the best it does help you be explosive but that's it

Absolutely correct!
When did Trayvon win NCAA 100m championship?
2015
2014
So Andre Degrasse of USC didn't really happen?
Haha he won two silver medals in 2015 behind Andre Degrasse of USC even though he ran faster times in the preliminary races.
Tray won in 2014. Degrasse won in 2015
