Can we talk about how it’s canon that Feathertail was on Nightcloud’s side? Honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if Feathertail came to Nightcloud in her dreams to let her vent. (Also I have the headcanon that Feathertail was the one to take care of Night and Crow’s kits that didn’t survive once they got to StarClan). I will forever love Feathertail and Leafpool both calling Crow out on how shitty he’s been to Breeze and Night.
Yes, but you also have to understand how shitty Crowfeather’s life had been. Also, Nightcloud was pretty shitty towards him as well. He didn’t particularly love her, yes, but she was really overly obsessive. She was so clingy that it would’ve made anyone uncomfortable. You could even tell he wasn’t comfortable with her doing that, and when he tried to move away, she would just pull him back. All she wanted, really, was a kit. And she tried to force a relationship onto crow feather.

Its the fact that he went off with ThunderClan's medicine cat, fell in love with RiverClan's warrior and is still trying to remain loyal to WindClan that Crowfeather took Nightcloud as his mate to make it look as though he was still loyal. He never loved Nightcloud, and it was plain to see that he still had unhidden feelings for Leafpool. I honestly hate Crowfeather. He's disloyal, a brat, rude and a liar. Also, Nightcloud was not clingy. I think she was just upset and confused. Imagine if you were in love, and your boyfriend was always staring at his ex. Would you just smile and walk away? No. Nightcloud is doing the right thing, going and GETTING HER MAN!!!! But still. I hate the ship. Crow x Leaf were always meant to be together

Of course, Crow did use her to appear loyal, however she is also in the wrong as she used him only to have a kit (who turned out to be the biggest brat of them all). Crow only had a crush on Feathertail, anyways, and most likely have remained loyal until Leafpool came along. Either way, Crow was never a brat, he was only disloyal to his clan (and even then, that's not even twice as bad as what other cats have done * cough cough * Breezepelt, Mapleshade, TIGERSTAR * cough cough *), he was only ever rude to Squirrelpaw, and even then eventually didn't care, and again, he only lied to his Clan. There are other cats that have lied far worse than just lying about being loyal.

Crow actually reconnected to Nightcloud, Breezepelt, and all his kin in Crowfeather's Trial. While the book basically kills the headcanons and shame on him for 'abusing' Nightcloud, it's a very good read.
Crowfeather’s End A short story I made. Crowfeather warily opened his eyes, blinking in the bright lights of a beautiful field. “W-where am I?” he muttered quietly. “StarClan, Crowfeather. I am so sorry, but you died last night.” Crowfeather turned to see a glowing figure, her tabby fur glinting with stars. “Leafpool?” he asked shakily. Leafpool nodded. “I’m so, so sorry Crowfeather. I promise, your Clan mourns you. But I have come to guide you to StarClan. Crowfeather hesitated. He was truly dead. All the hunting for WindClan, the struggles through leaf-bare, the training apprentices…it was all gone. But the field was beautiful and full of light, and a sudden peace flowed over him. His Clan would still hunt. They would still struggle yet survive leaf-bare. They would still train apprentices and watch them grow into warriors. “I’m ready.” Nightcloud watched with a shortness of breath as Crowfeather and Leafpool entered StarClan. She never stood a chance against the tabby she-cat. Her and Crowfeather would be mates in StarClan, no doubt. As for Feathertail…Nightcloud looked over to see the pretty gray she-cat watching somberly as the two cats walked together, their tails twisted around each other’s. “I guess he’s happy now,” Feathertail whispered hoarsely. She walked in both skies, The Tribe Of Endless Hunting and StarClan, though she spent most of her time here. Nightcloud felt bad for the she-cat. She had died for Crowfeather, and he just tossed her aside for a medicine cat. She cautiously yet comfortingly nuzzled Feathertail, smiling. “Cheer up. He’s out of our league.” Feathertail blushed, nodding with a small chuckled. “Yes, he is.” “Feathertail, there’s been something I’ve been meaning to ask you,” Nightcloud meowed as she padded up to the she-cat. Six moons had passed, and Feathertail was watching the sunset with a smile on her face. Blushing, the two cats sat together as Nightcloud prepared to speak. “Feathertail, this is going to sound crazy, but…we’ve been getting really close over the moons and…I know watching happy mates walk through the stars together is rough. And I know you loved Crowfeather, and so did I, but…Feathertail, will you be my mate?” Feathertail looked shocked, but she quickly nodded happily and thrust her head to Nightcloud’s chest with a laugh of contentment. “Of course, you mouse-brain! I feel the same way.” “Feathertail, Nightcloud,” Bluestar said firmly, walking into the den made of brambles the two she-cats were resting in. Nightcloud sat up, Feathertail lying beside her. “We don’t see you often around here,” Nightcloud said suspiciously. Bluestar rolled her eyes. “I don’t see green-leaf everyday. That doesn’t mean I hate it. Anyways, sadly, a litter of three kittens died a few days after birth. Half-kits from RiverClan and WindClan. You two seem appropriate to raise Frogkit, Shadekit, and Jadekit.” Feathertail sat up, surprised. “Us?” she asked. Bluestar looked irritated. “No, mouse-brain, I was talking to the brambles and the bed of grass. Come on, I’ll take you to the kits.” The she-cats followed Bluestar to a small crowd of cats, three kittens lying in the middle of the group. Her tail was nothing more than a stub, and her ears had tufts of fur on the ends. Shadekit was a dark gray tom with black pattern throughout his fur. He had a long tail and a small scar on his right eye, and Nightcloud realized they must have been killed by something. Jadekit was a black she-kit with a brown patch of fur on her chest. She had a black tuft of fur on her head with brown tips, and her tail was about an average size. “They’re perfect,” Nightcloud breathed. “Will you take them?” Bluestar asked. To be honest, I'm really angry how erin treats nightcloud. Yeah, she's disgusting, surly and mean but she's not evil. Every female characters must to be nice and kind??? Nightcloud is different and Erin treats her so badly even making feathertail, the cat with the biggest heart in Warriors cat, ignored her and her son. WTF Erin Hunter, what Nightcloud do for you?? SPOILERS ALERT FROM CROWFEATHER'S TRIAL I'm glad they changed the form they treat her in that book. She deserves all the good things. And yeah Crowfeather, maybe you're not in love with her but reading you admit she's hot is the best thing I've read in years
I love this map so much,,, it made me cry just watching it because the wonderful animation and my 4 yr sis who was named willow passed away I,,, I just know she'd loveee this too because she loves kitty cats and animations and songs like this ='3

I love this map, although I never previously saw any sort of chemistry between feather and night I love the way it is displayed in this map Especially with the way that they first meet, I love how feathertail (a cat who has experience with that sort of pain) basically tells night not to destroy herself, old and new, because of one person. I also love how feather finally gives night a mate that loves her. Night always know deep down that crow didn’t care about her, but she never let her self or anyone else believe it. I love that she is given the courage to accept what crow is and learn and rise above that period in her life, with out destroying everything she loved about her own past. Night is able to accept and move on. I also just love how night in this reacts to this obvious show of unrequited love.
People either hate Nightcloud or they hate Crowfeather. I mean, there are some, including me, I like both. They both have very interesting stories. Nightcloud felt that she wasn’t enough for Crowfeather, because he was neglecting, and so she tried with all her might to fix that. But it didn’t work. That, too me, is what makes her so interesting. She’s a little annoying and petty at times, though. Crowfeather lost two mates. Feathertail died saving Crowpaw and everyone else, and Leafpool broke up with him because she had duties to attend too. Crowfeather got with Nightcloud for her, not for him. Now, you may be thinking, “Crowfeather neglected his family! How’s he a good character?” Well, he wasn’t mentally prepared for a son. And Nightcloud pushing him to care for the Kit didn’t help. He was tired, and heartbroken. Crowfeather needed time to heal. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
I can't decide if I hate or love this ship. Not because it's lesbian! I myself am gay. What makes me hate this ship is... Feathertail, A) is in the Tribe of Endless Hunting, and B) loved Crowpaw, she would never love anyone else. But this MAP - IT'S BEAUTIFUL.

I can't express how beautiful and emotional this Warriors MAP is, showing the hardship of Nightcloud's struggle with Crowfeather and Feathertail's compassion in helping her. Animators and Drakinator, thank you so much for telling their story in a detailed way.
i just can't understand what's the deal with nightcloud. We actually never got a proper look into her personality until crowfeather's trial, so before then we never fully knew what she was like beforehand. The fandom's idea that Nightcloud was 'regected' and 'neglected' all comes from the disagreements between her and crowfeather that's shown in the books, even though literally every single time Crowfeather and Nightcloud were legit arguing was when leafpool shows up. All we know is this: Nightcloud is overprotective of her only son, so much so that Crowfeather was unable to be close to his son during his kithood. Nightcloud and Crowfeather do have disputes, but as i was saying, they only escalate into full-blown arguements when leaf, lion, jay or holly are around. With all this little information, most fans believe that Nightcloud is 'regected' and 'feels lonely.' Even though it hasn't been confirmed.

Night’s design is beautiful, I am probably going to use it if I ever do a PMV or MAP on her. Night is way too underrated, people say Crowfeather had a sad life, but Nightcloud spent most of her days with only Breezepelt, she’s a great character who deserves more love.

Nightcloud is a victim of Crowfeather. He used her to prove his loyalty to the clan and forgot all about her when Breezepelt was born for he had what he wanted. No wonder she was so hostile against Leafpool and her kits, they were the reminder Nightcloud had been used that she meant nothing to her *mate* Nightcloud deserves to be loved and happy

They never interacted before that whatsoever and their personalities don't fit. I honestly just come back to this map almost every week and I think of how lovely people made these parts for people to see. This map Is probably one of the best maps. Nobody did a bad job! You all did very well. I might have not been in this map, but I think it is truly excellent!

Crowfeather’s End
A short story I made.
Crowfeather warily opened his eyes, blinking in the bright lights of a beautiful field. “W-where am I?” he muttered quietly. “StarClan, Crowfeather. I am so sorry, but you died last night.” Crowfeather turned to see a glowing figure, her tabby fur glinting with stars. “Leafpool?” he asked shakily. Leafpool nodded. “I’m so, so sorry Crowfeather. I promise, your Clan mourns you. But I have come to guide you to StarClan. Crowfeather hesitated. He was truly dead. All the hunting for WindClan, the struggles through leaf-bare, the training apprentices…it was all gone. But the field was beautiful and full of light, and a sudden peace flowed over him. His Clan would still hunt. They would still struggle yet survive leaf-bare. They would still train apprentices and watch them grow into warriors. “I’m ready.”
Nightcloud watched with a shortness of breath as Crowfeather and Leafpool entered StarClan. She never stood a chance against the tabby she-cat. Her and Crowfeather would be mates in StarClan, no doubt. As for Feathertail…Nightcloud looked over to see the pretty gray she-cat watching somberly as the two cats walked together, their tails twisted around each other’s. “I guess he’s happy now,” Feathertail whispered hoarsely. She walked in both skies, The Tribe Of Endless Hunting and StarClan, though she spent most of her time here. Nightcloud felt bad for the she-cat. She had died for Crowfeather, and he just tossed her aside for a medicine cat. She cautiously yet comfortingly nuzzled Feathertail, smiling. “Cheer up. He’s out of our league.” Feathertail blushed, nodding with a small chuckled. “Yes, he is.”
“Feathertail, there’s been something I’ve been meaning to ask you,” Nightcloud meowed as she padded up to the she-cat. Six moons had passed, and Feathertail was watching the sunset with a smile on her face. Blushing, the two cats sat together as Nightcloud prepared to speak. “Feathertail, this is going to sound crazy, but…we’ve been getting really close over the moons and…I know watching happy mates walk through the stars together is rough. And I know you loved Crowfeather, and so did I, but…Feathertail, will you be my mate?” Feathertail looked shocked, but she quickly nodded happily and thrust her head to Nightcloud’s chest with a laugh of contentment. “Of course, you mouse-brain! I feel the same way.”
“Feathertail, Nightcloud,” Bluestar said firmly, walking into the den made of brambles the two she-cats were resting in. Nightcloud sat up, Feathertail lying beside her. “We don’t see you often around here,” Nightcloud said suspiciously. Bluestar rolled her eyes. “I don’t see green-leaf everyday. That doesn’t mean I hate it. Anyways, sadly, a litter of three kittens died a few days after birth. Half-kits from RiverClan and WindClan. You two seem appropriate to raise Frogkit, Shadekit, and Jadekit.” Feathertail sat up, surprised. “Us?” she asked. Bluestar looked irritated. “No, mouse-brain, I was talking to the brambles and the bed of grass. Come on, I’ll take you to the kits.” The she-cats followed Bluestar to a small crowd of cats, three kittens lying in the middle of the group. Feathertail and Nightcloud looked at each other, blushing, before they bent down to see their kits. Frogkit was a meek white she-cat with blue shimmering eyes. Her tail was nothing more than a stub, and her ears had tufts of fur on the ends. Shadekit was a dark gray tom with black pattern throughout his fur. He had a long tail and a small scar on his right eye, and Nightcloud realized they must have been killed by something. Jadekit was a black she-kit with a brown patch of fur on her chest. She had a black tuft of fur on her head with brown tips, and her tail was about an average size. “They’re perfect,” Nightcloud breathed. “Will you take them?” Bluestar asked. Feathertail grinned. “We already have.”

To be honest, I'm really angry how erin treats nightcloud. Yeah, she's disgusting, surly and mean but she's not evil. Every female characters must to be nice and kind??? Nightcloud is different and Erin treats her so badly even making feathertail, the cat with the biggest heart in Warriors cat, ignored her and her son. WTF Erin Hunter, what Nightcloud do for you??

The fact Feather tail cared abt night cloud was so sweet
I love this map, although I never previously saw any sort of chemistry between feather and night I love the way it is displayed in this map
Especially with the way that they first meet, I love how feathertail (a cat who has experience with that sort of pain) basically tells night not to destroy herself, old and new, because of one person. I also love how feather finally gives night a mate that loves her. Night always know deep down that crow didn’t care about her, but she never let her self or anyone else believe it. I love that she is given the courage to accept what crow is and learn and rise above that period in her life, with out destroying everything she loved about her own past. Night is able to accept and move on. I also just love how night in this reacts to this obvious show of unrequited love.

People either hate Nightcloud or they hate Crowfeather. I mean, there are some, including me, I like both. They both have very interesting stories.
Nightcloud felt that she wasn’t enough for Crowfeather, because he was neglecting, and so she tried with all her might to fix that. But it didn’t work. That, too me, is what makes her so interesting. She’s a little annoying and petty at times, though.
Crowfeather lost two mates. Feathertail died saving Crowpaw and everyone else, and Leafpool broke up with him because she had duties to attend too. Crowfeather got with Nightcloud for her, not for him. Now, you may be thinking, “Crowfeather neglected his family! How’s he a good character?” Well, he wasn’t mentally prepared for a son. And Nightcloud pushing him to care for the Kit didn’t help. He was tired, and heartbroken. Crowfeather needed time to heal.

What makes me hate this ship is... Feathertail, A) is in the Tribe of Endless Hunting, and B) loved Crowpaw, she would never love anyone else.
But this MAP - IT'S BEAUTIFUL.
I think she was much to old for crowpaw and that romantic subplot kind of felt icky to me tbh

i just can't understand what's the deal with nightcloud. We actually never got a proper look into her personality until crowfeather's trial, so before then we never fully knew what she was like beforehand.
The fandom's idea that Nightcloud was 'regected' and 'neglected' all comes from the disagreements between her and crowfeather that's shown in the books, even though literally every single time Crowfeather and Nightcloud were legit arguing was when leafpool shows up.
All we know is this:
Nightcloud is overprotective of her only son, so much so that Crowfeather was unable to be close to his son during his kithood.
Nightcloud and Crowfeather do have disputes, but as i was saying, they only escalate into full-blown arguements when leaf, lion, jay or holly are around.
With all this little information, most fans believe that Nightcloud is 'regected' and 'feels lonely.' Even though it hasn't been confirmed.

Night is way too underrated, people say Crowfeather had a sad life, but Nightcloud spent most of her days with only Breezepelt, she’s a great character who deserves more love.

They're the same age. Nightcloud is older than crowfeather. You can literally see IN the map the story of how feathertail watched over crowfeather and began to sympathize with nightcloud. Don't understand your confusion

They never interacted before that whatsoever and their personalities don't fit. I can sympathize with you for somebody neglecting you and support you but I still am very different than you and I do not immediately have to be attracted to you the first time I say I support you.

I honestly just come back to this map almost every week and I think of how lovely people made these parts for people to see. This map Is probably one of the best maps. Nobody did a bad job! You all did very well. I might have not been in this map, but I think it is truly excellent!
