The children's enthusiasm was a little overwhelming. I didn't think the phone would survive the unboxing. Please buy a protective case for the phone I know it makes them a little bulkier but the protection is vital.Dianna and Kyungho are both looking svelte the workouts are really paying off.

These styles are very old actually over 20 years old we had these phones back in the early 2000s we had flip phones and phones that would fold in the middle exactly like this these are replicas of phones from the early 2000s.

Diana, i have a few tips for your fitness journey if I may. I'm also on a fat loss journey and I have been seeing results simply focusing on a calorie deficit with each meal having enough protein as well as weight training. (there are online calculators to find your calorie deficit. Everyone's is slightly different but average around 2000 a day. There are also calculators for the right amount of protein you should eat a day as well.) Don't overwork yourself with too much cardio if you are because the walking you do is already enough! Also unless its for medical reasons, dont cut out foods you love to eat cold turkey. Enjoy everything in moderation or in a slight deficit. There is no "bad food", there are only calories when it comes down to it. I have become passionate about sharing about fitness ever since starting my own journey and hope you are able to read my comment! Be blessed, I love watching you guys. I have a galaxy note 9 that I use as a back up for my business and have had it since it came out. Galaxies are great phones and last a long time.
