Hi, just a couple of things to note - the QR label on the latest labels can come off as they’re only stickers. I’ve had one come back from the dry cleaners, which came off during the washing process. They stuck it back on off centre for me! 😂
Also the hologram QR labels only had the cut lines for 2014-2015, before none of these labels had them.

Moncler now uses the DIST tag (blue tag with down information) instead of the older tag. They started doing that in 2017, so new jackets should always come with DIST tag (check year of production). 🤓

Who cares when both fakes and real are mostly the same down. Especially the fakes that are 1:1 ratio. It’s starting to get scary out here, not only that people with reps are starting to show you that having the real deal means nada. I paid 1421 bucks for my balenciagas my friend paid 200 for his reps and side by side they are identically the same. I wore his and they even feel the same all the way down to underneath the sole was the same so who’s really the ones getting played?
I also have a X fragment moncler Guibatto my friend has a rep of that also, and everything down to the fkin genius industries styrofoam rope is the same.

I’ve been trying to legit check a jacket I got recently and been getting mixed feedback about whether it’s real or not. Can a fake one now have a QR code that can scan and match up on the website?
Yes it can, u can also provide more information after u typed the code in. Moncler will then authenticate it by hand. And they usually react within 2 days

@@KBREESH yeah a product i believe can only be registered once to yourself and the same code can only be used a handful of times before the system deems it fake because some fakes may use the same code for random items. if it is fake it would ask about where you purchased it. If you were able to resgister it and it came up with the correct item then yes the item is real. The registration cannot really be fooled as it keeps records and will list the exact item the code was linked to at factory. If the code shows up a different item then it is clear the item has been faked with a real code

not necessarily. What you need to do is check if the QR Code underneath the barcode matches the QR Code number in the link address of the page it takes you to. If it doesnt match and the link address shows a different number to the one in the jacket underneath the barcode then it means its fake. What the fake jackets do is that they take real barcode from real moncler products and then add it to a jacket they have made and then put a number under that barcode to hide it. I could be wrong but i have been investigating fake to real moncler holograms and that is what I have found so far. This is only for the newer moncler jackets after 2016 i believe

I don't see why anyone would make an expensive designer piece almost worthless by cutting off an essential tag to put it on a fake. Even so, there are many more reliable ways to spot a fake than just the QR code.
