Excruciating pain, brain fog and fatigue much of that time trapped in bed. So his music reflects the anger, sadness, hope, joy, and humor that's in him. He is unafraid to put out whatever he wants to even if alienates some of his fans. (He's gotten into it with more than a few in Twitter) 🤣In a vacuum, without knowing some of his other stuff, I understood her point of view. Hi Ren is what most, especially creatives, relate to the most. So, I would show her that one. 💜

I definitely recommend "Humble' and "The Hunger" for Da Brat, if she's up for a longer theatrical performance then 100% "Hi Ren". Good save though Kito lol, Slaughter House is hard to understand without some background knowledge of his internal struggles. Also, throw Chinchilla "1:5" (live) into the mix if u wanna blow her mind.
Hopefully she gets to see more and doesn’t think that Slaughterhouse is his normal style. Without knowing his backstory, it’s hard to see the symbolism in his music.He has so many different styles, it’s hard to give a full picture of what Ren is. Glad she at least got to check out Back on 74. She might be down with Losing It, Money Ties, Genesis, Halftime (NAS Retake), Power, Troubles, and Castles Made of Sand.
