UNCOVERING FAILURE OF CONCERN DEPT SETS 22 YEAR OLD INJURED

In an unfortunate incident on May 13 around 7:30 pm a 22 year old girl fell into uncovered drainage at Duncan Basti. The girl got injured at the neck and elbow. In regards to this NLTV interacted with the lady who was with the girl when the incident occurred.

This one time, when i was like 11, a guy (maybe a college student) was walking in front of me. Then he suddenly disappeared. I was looking up the whole time so i was quiet shocked to see that the tall brother had disappeared in the crowd of people. I looked down and saw him, he fell in between the holes of the footpath.
